ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Eva was born and raised in East Los Angeles, CA. She moved to Minnesota to attend Gustavus Adolphus College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Eva then went on to earn her J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, MN. Eva is a first-generation college and law school graduate.
While in Minneapolis, Eva supervised the domestic violence and sexual assault programs at a social service agency that provides an array of services to the Latino community in the Twin Cities. She has several years of experience working with women and children who have been victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
Eva moved to the Bay Area in 2014 and has been working in immigration law ever since. Her passion to advocate for immigrants and social justice issues stems from her family’s own history as immigrants. Eva’s parents both came to the United States from Mexico in the early 1970s in search of a better life.
